About Me

Growing up on a farm in small town northern Minnesota, you learn to appreciate the food that is grown to feed our families. This eventually led me into the Culinary Arts Program, where I graduated with  an Associates in Applied Science in Culinary Arts. I worked with many great chefs and ultimately found my calling in the culinary world. Entertaining with beautiful food! I have such a strong passion for food and truly let my work speak for itself.
